Must Love Dogs

When Gagan and I first met, one of the first things we asked each other was how we felt about dogs. Luckily for both of us, we both not only loved dogs, but we also both had black labs.

A Week of Zeke

It’s been a week since we brought this crazy guy home and it has been absolutely nuts! I’d love to say that it’s been a wonderful week of puppy cuddles, but between all the peeing, pooping, chewing and even diarrhea, this guy has had us running around like chickens with our heads cut off.

Holy shit

Zeke has the poops. He has them BAD. At about 2 in the morning I woke up to Zeke whining (totally normal) and was about to get up to take him out when I smelled what I thought was a really nasty fart. If you know puppies, you know what I’m talking about. There’s nothing as stinky as a puppy fart… except puppy diarrhea.

Cannon Beach

I finally went to Cannon Beach! I’ve been wanting to go for years and Gagan and I even made a trip up along the coast last summer, but unfortunately we didn’t hit Cannon Beach. Last week, I just randomly decided to look up what the weather would be at the beach. Yes, I know it’s mid-January, but I have a need to be outside regardless of the weather. Surprisingly, it was actually going to be warm so I pitched the idea to Gagan. Turns out Cannon beach is only an hour and a half away from us so we decided to go for it. And oh man, am I ever glad we did. It was a glorious day!

Home for the Holidays!

I LOVE Christmas! It’s a pretty big deal around my house and we always have a blast. I brought Gabbar back early when I came home for work because Gagan and I are headed to Vegas and figured Gabbar could spend an extra few days at home. My family was ecstatic to see Gabbar and I have to admit I was a little jealous when they got more excited about him coming home than me. My mom even texted me pictures of her walking him and tucking him in while I was at work.
